BIO

David Soo is an Australian concert pianist who has performed extensively throughout Australia, Asia, and in Europe as a solo recitalist, chamber musician, and concerto soloist. David has had the privilege of performing before several distinguished dignitaries such as the late Her Majesty the Queen, the Mayor of the City of London Corporation, and the Honourable Alexander Downer AC, and the Honourable George Brandis QC as High Commissioners to the United Kingdom. David has performed in significant concert halls and venues including Australia House, the Barbican Concert Hall, St-Martins-in-the Field, the Old Bailey, Goodenough College, Haikou Town Hall, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, the Melbourne Recital Centre, and the ABC Studios in Adelaide and Melbourne. David has also performed sold-out recitals at the Bloomsbury and Chobham Festivals, and his performances can be heard on ABC Classic FM, New Zealand Classic FM, Fine Music Australia Network stations, and FMITE Spanish Radio. David studied piano with Glenn Riddle and Joan Havill.
